Positive: Very helpful people organising the facilities. This was a clean and practical flat with a nice balcony for eating breakfast, relaxing a bit and drying our laundry.
Negative: We needed some help with an extension cord for making the washing machin work (it is quite new and worked very well once we got the extension cord.
The keys were a bit "fiddly" and required a bit of patience. The organizer helpfully lent us an extra key.
